Returns/Refund Policy

We also do our best to ensure that the products that you have ordered. We also understand that this is online shopping and occasionally you may wish to return a product. This policy sets out our return/refund procedure.

Returns

Our return policy is 30 days, this means that you 30 days after receiving the product to request a refund.

 

The product must be in the same condition that you received it, be unused and with the original packaging. You must also be able demonstrate proof of purchase.

 

To begin the return process you should contact us at anne@meltdownwaxes.com. If the return is accepted you will be send information on how and where to send your package. Postage costs are at the customers expenses, unless the product is faulty. In the instance of a faulty item, postage costs will be refunded once the item has been inspected by a member of our staff.

Damages and issues

We take great care to ensure that your items arrive with you undamaged and with the items that you had ordered. We ask that you check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if there is a breakage or an incorrect item received. We will discuss with you how best to resolve the issue.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
